1. Services

CLB Cleaning Orlando ("we", "us") provides residential cleaning services in the Greater Orlando area. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Estimates and pricing

Quoted prices are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed before your first visit and may be adjusted if the home's size or condition differs materially from the information provided.

3. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service and we will re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. Refunds are handled case by case.

4. Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

5. Access and safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property. Please secure pets and valuables. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

6. Independent professionals

Cleaning services are performed by insured, independent professionals engaged by CLB Cleaning Orlando.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
